| After 10 years of extremely well received performances, Tararam presented their most exciting show of all time, the PERFORMANCE OF THE DECADE!
The multimedia show was based on the "Best of Tararam" over the past decade and featured Leela Petronio, the renowned Parisian tap dancer from the
internationally acclaimed "STOMP".
The video art and short films greatly enhanced the blend of choreographed body drumming, rhythm, music, movement and wit. Exciting pyrotechnics,
innovative laser art and fire were creatively incorporated into the production as well.
The Gala event took place on October 27th, 2007 in the Tel Aviv Port before an enthralled audience of over 1800 fans. Among the honoured guests
were Israeli Mayors, Foreign Ministry representatives, top producers, celebrities, concert goers and, friends.
The celebration was a wonderful tribute to the group's founder and artistic director Doron Raphaeli.
Tararam thanks all the participants, technical crew and staff that made this event such an enormous success.
We are looking forward to a second decade of performances even more exciting and dynamic than the first!

Tararam performed dozens of openings, launches and tours in 2007. Among the many events were the launching of Coca Cola's energy drink "Burn" in Turkey and the grand opening of "The Sortie" in Istanbul. There, the group performed before thousands of "clubbers", and for the finale drummed on Tararam's orange Volkswagen Beetle in the centre of the club.

Tararam opened the 2007 United States Maccabiah Athletic Games in Houston, Texas with a bang! The 10 stage performers put on an outstanding show on Aug.5th at the Toyota Stadium before an ecstatic crowd of 8000 athletes from around the world. The group received fabulous reviews… an unforgettable experience.

Throughout the year, Tararam participated in numerous live high profile television, such as the final segment of "The Heir", The Annual IDF Telethon, The Turkish Power TV Music Awards Ceremony and a number of performances on the Israeli Children's Network. Tararam performed before audiences of vibrant youth groups from around the world at the three largest Mega Events of 2007. "Massa", "The March of the Living" and "Taglit" - Birthright Israel, for which, Doron Raphaeli created fantastic new stage items that included 2 drummers performing in mid air on Tararam's gigantic 'Kodo' drum as seen in the picture above.
